Seated Acupressure massage is received fully clothed seated on a specifically designed chair.
It eases tension and increases circulation in key muscle groups using a combination of massage, stretching and acupressure points to leave you feeling relaxed and calm, yet energised and alert.
It is ideally suited to being received in the workplace or at events.
Appointments can be for either 20 or 30 minutes, either at your home, workplace or in Sally’s treatment room.
I've been seeing Sally for a seated massage for a couple of years now. I've always found Sally to be professional and very knowledgeable. I work on a computer all day and have always suffered from stiff neck and shoulder problems. I find Sally's massage really helps me in these areas. I go into the massage feeling stiff and stressed and I leave feeling loose, refreshed and lighter.
I've had massages from other people but I prefer Sally for a number of reasons. She is very friendly and easy to talk to which means I can chat to her about anything without feeling uncomfortable. It's not only a massage but also therapy! Recently I experienced problems with my elbow and when I mentioned it to Sally she changed her massage to fit this area in and it made a huge difference to me. What I also like about Sally is that she remembers me and what I like. For example I don't like to be massaged very hard as it's painful so she only uses the amount of pressure required to loosen the muscles up without me yelling in pain!
I've recommended Sally to people where I work and have no problems in recommending her to anyone out there that needs a good massage and a good laugh!
